PRE-ORDERS AND CUSTOMIZATIONS

At POPPELIN® we are committed to responsible production and for this we manufacture a very limited number of our garments that are often offered on request ( pre-orders ). This is how we avoid mass production by accumulating stocks that do so much damage to our planet.

The garments that are offered upon request will be expressly indicated on the website (PRE-ORDER) and can also be found in the PRE-ORDERS tab of the main menu and you can buy them like any other garment with stock, only that they will take a maximum of 15 days to be sent, unlike those that are in stock that will be sent within 24 hours of receiving the order. These will arrive within the delivery times detailed in the SHIPPING section.

In addition, exceptionally and after consulting hola@poppelin.com , only in those garments that are offered to order, they can be customized by modifying some elements of the pattern, lengths of the standard measurements or changing the fabrics of the original garments, as well as the personalization of embroidery etc These personalized garments, depending on their characteristics, may be subject to a size change, but in no case may they be returned.
