CHANGES

A) SIZE CHANGES

Both the garments that are in stock and those that are purchased on request (that have not been personalized) may be subject to a size change.

To make any changes:

  • This must be done within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the garment;
  • the garment must be in its original packaging with all its labels, without having been used, washed or damaged and in perfect condition;
  • You will have to send us a size change request indicating your NAME AND SURNAME, the order number and the model and size that you want to change to hola@poppelin.com as well as the address and time slot of the collection so that we can process the change (subject to the availability of this).

a) For garments in stock, after confirming the availability of the item you wish to change, we will respond to the size change request that you have sent us to hola@poppelin.com indicating the approximate time slot of the collection. You only have to have the original garment that you want to change ready in the approximate time slot of the collection. Our usual delivery man will go through the indicated address and strip and will deliver the size change and at that moment you will have to deliver the original garment whose size you wanted to change

If you are absent at the time of delivery, our regular delivery person will tell you how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. In the event that this does not happen, contact hola@poppelin.com.

b) For garments that are purchased on request (that have not been personalized), after confirming the availability of the garment that you wish to change, we will respond to the size change request that you have sent us to hola@poppelin.com by sending you an email. delivery note from our usual delivery man indicating the approximate time slot of the collection. You will only have to print this delivery note and stick it to the package of the original garment that you wish to change and have it ready in the approximate time slot indicated for the collection. Our usual delivery person will go through the address and approximate time slot indicated and will collect the original garment whose size you wish to change.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, our regular delivery person will tell you how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. In the event that this does not happen, contact hola@poppelin.com .

Once you have received the garment upon request that you want to change and verified that the garment is in its original packaging with all its labels, without having been used, washed or damaged and in perfect condition, we will send you the new size within the deadlines delivery established in the SHIPPING section for garments made to order.

*The first change of any order placed within the peninsula is free (regardless of whether it is a garment in stock or on request (as long as it is not personalized)). From the second change, as well as for orders made outside the peninsula (Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or International), these will be borne by the client who will have to send us the garments that they want to change to the following address: c/ Muntaner 357, main first, 08021 Barcelona.

**For those second changes, the prior payment of 5 euros (or the corresponding shipping costs depending on the origin) will be required to proceed with the shipment of the new size.

***For those orders that are made during the month of December, changes may be made during the 30 calendar days from the receipt of the garment.

****The time slot that we indicate is approximate. POPPELIN® is not responsible for the final collection or delivery time of the usual delivery person.

*****POPPELIN® reserves the right to reject size changes requested or sent after the determined period, of personalized garments and those garments that are not in their original packaging with all their labels, without having been used, washed or damaged and in perfect condition.

B) ARTICLE CHANGES

Only size changes of the same model can be made. Keep in mind that if the size you want to change is not available, you will not be able to change the size of that garment.

In this case, as for changes of different models, you will have to make a return following the instructions in the RETURNS section and then place the new order for a new model.

* POPPELIN® cannot guarantee that at the time the customer wants to make a change, there will be enough stock of the garment to be changed.
